When?

Friday 6th September 7pm Jakarta time. 7 weeks program same time same date – Friday 7pm.

Why Join?

Bitcoin Core devs earn at least 100,000 USD per year. They all went through programs like this to learn about Bitcoin. Join in and start your career in Bitcoin. Network with devs and fellow bitcoiners.

At the end of the program you will receive a certificate of for your cohort completion as your proof-of-work. You can use this to apply for Bitcoin developer jobs internationally and start your career. After the study program we will continue with more advanced cohorts or even refer you to employers such as Blockstream. Many devs meet their business partners in such community initiatives, so make most out of this study cohort 🙂

What to expect:

– Deep Dive: Understand Bitcoin’s technical architecture and ideology.

– All Skill Levels: Welcoming developers and non-developers alike, must have a passion for bitcoin and it’s qualities (decentralisation and security).

– Interactive Learning: Practical weekly Bitcoin sessions with homework and class participation.

– Network: Connect with global and Indonesian Bitcoin builders.

– Resources: Access study materials and dev mentors.

How to Join?

1. Register: Fill in a Google Form on our website here.

2. Prepare: Every week we will read 2 chapters of Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas Antonopoulos, then we will get 2 questions assigned to each student who will have to answer these questions in front of other 4-6 students. You will need 5-6 hours per week to study and prepare for the assignment.

The assignment:
2 questions to present to your classmates every week. Groups will consist of 4-6 students on Discord. Attendance is compulsory. If a participant misses even one session without prior notice, they will be kindly asked to leave and join the next cohort.
